Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service. From cashiering to merchandising, your contribution will make a difference in the shopping experience of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback to enhance product quality and store performance
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, ensure security, and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
