Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment as required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
