Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness to ensure an optimal shopping environment.

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document and data security
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
