Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our store team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is neatly presented.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Contribute to store inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
