Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and assisting with various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and stocking. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Operate a cash register, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
