Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and operational concerns to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency with cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
