Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with your team members.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
