Job Description
Health Systems Management, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dialysis team. Responsibilities and Physical Demands
- Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to patients.
- Deliver professional nursing care and direct patient care using the nursing process.
- Lead the team in work assignments as required.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Maintain a safe patient environment following safety policies and procedures.
- Stand and bend for extended periods as needed.
Education Requirements and Position Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure for the state of practice.
- Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to fill in when necessary.
- Excellent communication and bedside manner.
- Must pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
