About the Job
We are looking for high-energy team builders to join our Domino's team in North Pinellas County, FL. As a Management (TW), you will work closely with the General Manager to coordinate and take ownership of tasks and assignments for your team. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, implementing cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and fostering positive customer relations. You will play a key role in developing future managers by setting a positive example and mentoring your team, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
In addition to daily operations, you will be responsible for staffing, paperwork management, food inventory, time management, maintaining a professional appearance, upholding Domino's image standards, delivering excellent customer service, effective service recovery, ensuring attendance and punctuality, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting marketing efforts.
Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members include:
- Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train others.
- Operating all equipment proficiently.
- Stocking ingredients, preparing products accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving and processing orders.
- Conducting inventory and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintaining store and equipment cleanliness on a daily basis.
