Job Description
We are hiring a MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As a key player in our aviation business unit, you will be responsible for managing contracts, leading sales campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Develop and leverage an aviation network to find new customers.
- Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Provide service agreement and program management.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to sales and business plans.
- Discuss future developments and consequences for the business unit.
- Present to leadership and work with cross-business teams.
- Lead in negotiations with important clients and generate operating procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management. Recent experience in MRO within the aviation industry is preferred.
