Job Description

We are hiring a MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As a key player in our aviation business unit, you will be responsible for managing contracts, leading sales campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
  • Develop and leverage an aviation network to find new customers.
  • Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
  • Provide service agreement and program management.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers.
  • Contribute to sales and business plans.
  • Discuss future developments and consequences for the business unit.
  • Present to leadership and work with cross-business teams.
  • Lead in negotiations with important clients and generate operating procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management. Recent experience in MRO within the aviation industry is preferred.
