Job Description
We are hiring a New Site Opening Manager at Centria Autism Services. This position plays a crucial role in the successful staging and opening of new facilities providing services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual capable of managing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring facility readiness within designated budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess site suitability.
- Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for facility operations.
- Manage external staging teams and contractors during the staging process.
- Ensure timely opening of centers and risk mitigation during the process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
- Multi-site project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Approximately 80% travel time required.
- Occasional non-traditional work hours, flexibility in travel schedule.
- Physical demands such as bending, lifting, close visual work.
