Job Description

We are hiring a New Site Opening Manager at Centria Autism Services. This position plays a crucial role in the successful staging and opening of new facilities providing services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual capable of managing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring facility readiness within designated budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess site suitability.
  • Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for facility operations.
  • Manage external staging teams and contractors during the staging process.
  • Ensure timely opening of centers and risk mitigation during the process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Multi-site project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Approximately 80% travel time required.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours, flexibility in travel schedule.
  • Physical demands such as bending, lifting, close visual work.
