Job Description: Nurse (LPN/RN 6P-6A)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living for the 6P-6A shift. As part of Charter Senior Living, you will play a vital role in administering medications and treatments to our residents with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being at all times.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the appropriate state.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to work compassionately with the elderly.
• Current CPR certification and willingness to attend monthly in-services.
• Passing a background check is a prerequisite for employment.
