Job Description - 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting the overall logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budget goals.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift items up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
