Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
