Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our talented team at Aldi. The role offers up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) for 30-35 hours per week. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock fulfillment, merchandise relocation, loading, and shipment preparation. You will need to maintain warehouse cleanliness, participate in inventory counts, and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and more.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
