We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist the store manager in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall performance, managing schedules, and developing action plans. Your responsibilities will include improving operating results, communicating job expectations, identifying training opportunities, monitoring the competitive environment, and ensuring customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
