Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities of direct reports.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Develop and implement action plans for operational improvements.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and provide training and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a safe working environment and address hazards promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and ALDI policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop teams.
