2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and energetic 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise and keeping our warehouse organized.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and in a timely manner.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipping and receiving.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate machinery.
