1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The 1st shift begins at 7:00 AM, and we are currently hiring for Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
