Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in our warehouse. Your ability to work efficiently and collaboratively is key to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
