Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. In this Full-Time role, you will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily tasks, including receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance performance and results.
• Train, develop, and motivate direct reports for optimal workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage inventory, expenses, and equipment maintenance for smooth operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
