Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will assist in managing store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and developing the team. You will be responsible for creating action plans, identifying training opportunities, and upholding ALDI's core values to foster teamwork and success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in retail.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
