Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and supporting the growth of the team. This full-time position offers an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to ensure team understanding and results.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor the local market, provide product feedback, and maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience and management skills.
