Job Description

We are looking to hire an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, optimizing store performance, and contributing to the overall operational success of the store. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training team members, maintaining inventory procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company policies.

  • Hours: 38 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improving store operations.
  • Establish job responsibilities, communicate performance expectations, and identify training opportunities for team members.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and store cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
