Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to support team growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments.
• Participate in store personnel interviews.
• Maintain inventory procedures and cash control policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide effective customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
