Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality
- Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and carrying up to 45 pounds
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Experience in retail preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
