Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your collaboration with the ALDI team and dedication to customer service will be key in enhancing our customers' satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
