Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description:

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate M.A.P. competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Assist customers and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management, assist in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data confidentiality

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register skills
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience desirable
• Equivalent knowledge from education and experience
