Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements
- Assist in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
- Adhere to all company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
