Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in our store to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with our team and demonstrate exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
