Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while focusing on team development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.
• Supervise daily operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
