Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an innovative Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part within the Analytics & Insights team, utilizing advanced analytics methodologies to drive actionable insights and strategic decision-making. You will work collaboratively across various functions to enhance brand performance and market understanding, contributing to key meetings and delivering impactful analyses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the application of advanced analytics to drive insights and action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share strategic insights and support primary research efforts.
- Analyze key brand metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace through data synthesis and analysis.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources.
