Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager for Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of the US Medical Affairs Training and Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, developing, and executing training programs to enhance the capabilities of our field medical teams for assigned therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement training programs based on adult learning principles.
• Develop strategic training plans for onboarding and continuous education of field medical teams.
• Maintain updated training content and facilitate workshops to support field Medical teams.
• Evaluate training program success and adapt delivery methods for maximum effectiveness.
• Contribute to the vision and ongoing development of the Medical team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, MD).
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with a focus on training and excellence.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas advantageous.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proprietary software.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High personal and professional integrity.

• Market competitive salary range of $148,000-$222,000.
