Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the application of advanced analytics methodologies to generate valuable insights and drive impactful projects. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance market performance, share strategic insights, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Apply cutting-edge analytics methodologies for predictive insights and performance drivers.
• Implement analytical solutions for business opportunity assessment and promotion response analytics.
• Contribute to brand executive reviews, market insights sharing, and brand performance assessments.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, and pharmaceutical data expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and business partners.
