Job Description
We are looking for a talented Director of Statistical Programming to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. As the Director, you will lead a team of product leaders and FSP personnel, manage ongoing clinical studies, and plan new clinical studies' operational aspects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee statistical programming activities for clinical studies.
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead team performance evaluations and development plans.
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of drug development regulations and clinical trial practices.
- Proficiency in SAS programming and other relevant software.
