We are seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to oversee data and analytics platforms used by the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. The role involves leading a team that manages, configures, and programs on these platforms, providing vision, leadership, and mentoring to the team. Key responsibilities include developing strategic roadmaps, optimizing platform usage, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical data management, project management skills, and proficiency with technology platforms including Tableau, AWS, T-SQL, and elluminate. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic roadmap and objectives for clinical data platform(s).
  • Optimize platform usage and implement change management strategies.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and resource planning for the Clinical Data Innovation team.
  • Strengthen cross-functional relationships and collaborate with clinical data platform technology vendors.
  • Stay updated on technology advancements in clinical trials and contribute to system improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in clinical trials with 3 years in line management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CDASH standards and clinical trial data systems.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $152,000-$228,000. In addition to base pay, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual bonuses, equity grants, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
