Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented individual to join as the Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation within the GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the data and analytics platforms used by the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations department. You will lead a team managing and programming on platforms to provide vision, leadership, and mentoring while fostering internal and external relationships within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platforms
• Optimize Jazz's use of clinical data platforms through cross-functional collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and hire resources as needed for the Clinical Data Innovation team
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership and technology vendors
• Stay updated on technology advancements for clinical trials
• Manage RFPs, vendor selection, and development of data platforms
• Collaborate with IT partners for testing and compliance with requirements

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes and data visualization
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CDASH standards, Tableau, AWS, T-SQL, and elluminate is a plus

Education and Experience

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 10 years in clinical trial roles with leadership responsibilities
