Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers and Stockers. As part of our collaborative environment, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary between Cashier and Stocker roles:
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products and maintain displays.
- Operate machinery and follow safety procedures for stocking activities.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory counts.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
