Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Offer excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company procedures, uphold security measures, and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and store equipment handling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
