Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. principles in daily tasks
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages based on state and local requirements
