Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of safely operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
  • A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
