Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our retail store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory losses, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and general cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and follow company policies.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
