Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our store is well-organized, customers are served promptly, and products are displayed neatly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with the store management team.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
