Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include stock management, cashiering, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
