Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
  • Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Regular standing, bending, lifting, and other store-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Customer service and cash register experience.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
