Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by assisting them, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Capability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
