Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers during shopping.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and confidential work environment.
• Operate cash register, handle inventory counts, and provide feedback on product issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior experience in retail and operating cash registers is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
