Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to join our team at Aldi in the Greater Watertown NY region. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores, leading a team of employees, driving sales growth, and ensuring the success of the district.

Responsibilities

• Assess and establish appropriate store staffing levels.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
• Recruit and recommend qualified employees.
• Monitor store conditions and employee performance to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management.
• Ability to drive projects to completion through collaboration.
• Experience in human resource management is a plus.
