Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. You will be responsible for developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
  • Identify training opportunities for team development.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
