Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. You will be responsible for developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities for team development.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
