Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
